Modern Vespa

Hello All!

I went to start up the MP3 500 and with a turn of the key the horn starts beeping and bike will not start. I understand that this references the front Tilt Lock hydraulics. There is no fluid loss. I am unable to lock the tilt mechanism and feel of the front end side to side is kinda clunky/ mushy.

Question is, am I just looking at bleeding the hydraulics? (Air in the system) If so, is there a method? I could not find how to do this in the service manual..........unless I'm just missing it.
