Modern Vespa

I got my rear rack for my GTS today and I was able to install it without issue, I ordered it from Scooter West while they had the 15% off tax, and got an awesome deal! 8)

Anyways, I was wondering what the torque values were for the hex heads that go to the gas tank and the torx heads that go on the frame. Judging from the size of the bolts, I estimated 8ft-lb and torqued them down, but I wasn't too sure if that was the correct torque value. Can anyone clarify what the correct torque value are?

Also funny thing is that the rear rack came installed on a grab bar in the box, no complaints but I seriously did not expect that. I was preparing to remove the plugs on my old grab rail, when I realized that wasn't even necessary.

R drill them thru like mine? You've seen mine haven't you? It's sorta unstable. Cheap screws and because they don't go all the way thru it tends to bend if you have a heavier load. Everyone always grabbed the rack instead of the rail and it stared to bend. Here's a pic.
