My friend is a locksmith and someone brought in this box with no key. It has a Yamaha emblem on it and a Yamaha key fits but I don't know what model or year. If he can get it open he can take the the lock apart and make a key. Apparently if you lift the handle it will open. Can anyone confirm this? A latch is visible in the crack on the right. He was able to push it back with plastic wedges but the handle still would not lift. My standard advice for opening a top box is to drive out the hinge pins but these seem to be riveted. Drilling them out is the last resort unless someone has a better idea. Thanks
