That's it, I don't know what I'm doing, I haven't got the time or energy to even go out and try and fix this so its on ebay.

Knowing my luck, its just the idle mixture screw, it may be something else, I don't know what Im doing and I aint got time to get the bike in the car or pay some garage to fix it for me.

You may or may not think its over-priced. When fixed, it by no doubt one of the quickest ET2's around. Whilst its not, its obviously the slowest.

Anyway, wish me luck. I need as much as I can get for my next project and I cant be off the road for too long.

You could over insure it and wait for it to get nicked. Pull up a couch and a bag of popcorn and have a night's entertainment.

Unlucky mate, commiserations You can keep relisting while you see if you can get it running better, or relist and add make a offer. You don't have to accept any offers if they're no good to you, as far as I know. You might find that your ET appeals to first time riders, who may be less willing to take on one that's not running 100%. Guess your best bet is an experienced rider who wants a scoot for a wife, son or daughter maybe - know a few lads who've bought ETs in that situation...

think your both right. the reason I only did it for 3 days originally was because A) I wanted to get rid of it quicker and B) I presumed there might be a lot of guys off for Easter who would have a look during the long weekend.

I think your right about the Stickers Bitsa, although they hide a few marks lol

What price would you put on it?

If you type Vespa ET2 in the search box on eBay, then click 'Advanced' to the right of the blue Search button, you can select Completed Listings or Sold Listings, then click Search, and that's what will come up, instead of current live listings that you'd normally see. Might give you an idea of what any previous ones sold for...

i think you would sell it easier if it was running,if i was you i would slap the old carb back on and sell it as a runner, sell the other carb and get some money back on your listing fees.

a lot of your problem is the 70cc kit on it
people that buy 50cc tend to be 16 and cant leagally ride the 70cc

if they are 17 they want the 125cc

Marky that's cheap mate.. Shame you haven't got the time to sort it out yourself. I think you might be disappointed with the PX if you can get 55 out of a ET2 .. I may be wrong but a PX will just about do that ... Come and join the GTS boys..
