Hello:

Just wondering whether someone could recommend a good setup for mounting an iPhone 5 on the, I suppose, mirror rod? I don't see any other place it could go!

It says on the picture its a RAM mount

I went and looked and I actually do have that mount in the pic. I also have a piece with a ball on one end and a rectangle plate with 4 bolts (came with my Zumo 660).

Ah, forget it. I don't even know what I'm asking at this point.

Don't give up. We will do our best to help. The Ram mount seems to be a good semi permanent solution if you want to use your mirror stem. You need to attach the bit with the ball to you scooter somehow. Have you a picture of your bits?

Here's what I have now.

I have found this ram mount to work great. I use Garmin mapping app.

Check out RAM Mounts. They are very durable. I have a RAM Mount for my Zumo 350 on the mirror stem of my GT200.

A friend of mine has the X-Grip RAM Mount with his iphone and is very pleased.
