Then you would be the one to ask why the hose is going into the open back compartment of the truck. It's not just laying in there it's connected to a piece of equipment.

They were there because there was a fire near the crossing + there was no train traffic that day -> they did the setup, put the image on Facebook and added a funny remark... and then it went viral
