I went to a vintage car rally on Easter Monday, and eventually I saw what I was looking for. Scooters!

Is this man holding a sheep, or a dog?

I loved this Henkel

And here was the best in the show (ahem) until it did the usual trick of not starting when I wanted to go home, meaning that I had to stay another hour.

Nice pics Nick. What's the 'usual' starting issue on your GTS?

It starts fine from cold, but after a trip of any length in anything other than cold weather it won't start again for around 2 hours. It tries to start but dies. After a couple of hours it's fine. It's really frustrating because I'd use it lots more if it didn't have that problem.
It had a fuel pump changed under warranty before I got it last year, but it seems the replacement fuel pump must also be faulty. I've been waiting for the dealer and Piaggeo to get back to me about replacing it again since last September.
Would it be cheaper to source a fuel pump myself and just pay the garage to fit it?

Hmmm, that's clearly not right, and effecting you using the scoot like you want to. That delay in a fix is also way too long. I'd post a new thread detailing the symptoms and get some input from Mvers. You've nothing to lose and might get some good insights...

That Henkel is neat.
