Just like to thank everyone for the input and help.
I did lookup the serial numbers and the blue VBB 150 is a 1963, the red 90 is a 1965, and the rust bucket is a 1978. Also have been moving and looking at all the parts sure glad the motors are in one piece. Looks like the 150 and 90 are about 50 to 80% there with the VBB 150 the most complete.
Im not in any hurry to build one right now but may go through the engine because both had water in them. All these part where moved out of a shed about two weeks ago and just sat there in the rain. The owner had no idea what they were or even the name of them. I believe they buy out storage unit and are junk hoardes should have taken some pictures it was bad.

Heres some new picture.

I'm starting to go along with SFvsr on this. Still, there are some good parts there, certainly worth more than you paid for the lot.

I did all the work myself but did send it off for most of the sandblasting. I did have to cut some rust out and weld in new metal but I have seen a lot worse a some of my old VW busses. The paint is the same paint I'm going to use on my 59 bus Dove blue L31 very nice color. Right now I'm waiting for parts should be here soon.

Here's the paint L31 Dove Blue 2K Urethane 1 qt. about a $100.00 in all. Did all the bodywork primed it again then painted it outside under a tree. After 2 days I color sanded it and buffed it out. I also have parts coming for the engine but save the muffler cut it apart cleaned it and welded back together.

I'm glad at least one of us had faith and didn't just write off the newbie and his piles of rusty old Vespa parts. I've seen a lot of old scooters brought back to life here and this one is one of the very best, definitely Top Ten. My favorite part might be the muffler that now gets another chance.

Congratulations on a fine job. I hope you still have the V90 and similar plans for it. Hit me up if you need an original old seat w/ that weird flap door. I have a spare, if you want it, it's yours.

There you go, its all a learning curve and show cases great welding and fabrication skills from the op.
For someone to say a project is too hard or shouldnt be done, says lots about there own ambitions and skills while making assumptions about anothers.
We all need some help, otherwise we'd probably not be here, but this sort of project made to look easy, separates those that fettle engines from those that can custom or restore.

Good job so far.

The tunnel started out as one spot of rust that didn't look that bad and needed fitted. Well as you can see from the pictures I chased that rust a good 12". I didn't know at the time that there's two layer of sheet metal there and maybe the only place on the bike that is that way. I removed it Blasted everything I could and then used Ospho Rust Converter on it real good stuff. The tunnel under the floor mat was in great shape covered in oil and was cleaned and sprayed with self etching primer when I had it open. This is my first vintage Vespa but I'm sure that many even the good looking ones have the same rust just waiting to brake thought so I killed everything I could fine. And if I can find the pictures I put seam sealer in all the joints so it should be good for many more years.

The good news is I got Parts. Headlight and Grips from Scooterwest $104.00 for the light alone but well worth it. Other parts for Scooterworks good stuff. And then the Imports. Some just outright junk but did show up in less then 2 weeks but most of it very usable 85% will see in the long run.
At this point I think I'm about $1000.00 in parts but did buy some parts for the 90.

Here' some of the parts and I will need Help. Not knowing where any of them go or how to put them there.

lol, parlayed that 100$ right into a grand already then, nice.
Actually, not bad at all, but then you didn't need to buy a costly new muffler.

Yes! I'm looking forward to seeing that little one also getting the treatment you do so well. I keep spotting small details that I like. Checking crank for runout, eh? And how was it?

Pretty impressive, man.

How'd you shape the replacement patch with the curve? Do you have a sheet roller or something?

I've tried to patch that area, but always end up with a patch that doesn't match the curve very well.

The sheet metal I just bent buy hand not hard at all. You also asked about the crank. I pressed it apart to have a look at the bearing that was fine cleaned everything pressed it back together and spent two day getting it true round out less the 1 ths. Thanks YouTube. I also bore the cylinder to the first over 57.2mm leaving 3 to 3 1/2 ths. clearance hope that will be good.
I ran the cable and wiring but not sure about the placement. Top grommet fuel line & chock cable one below wiring and under the body brake & shifter cable ?????

So here's some pictures of the body and grommets and cables need some help here.

And got a good start on the engine but no spark. Should I have it?

Top notch work, good pics and yeah, as it sits you should get spark.

I like that you're using the original style coil. If it's original(old!) have you opened it up & checked inside? Try another coil or test that one w/ 6V battery or charger set on 6V?
