Modern Vespa

Thanks to Tomjasz, I am deeply pleased to own a complete collection of MV patches being all the publicly available MV patches, plus two other patches Tom threw in for good measure.

Once Jess gets around to sending me the Italia patch I bought with BitCoin, I will truly be in MV patch heaven.

I haven't yet figured out how to display the collection, but I'm thinking of shadow-boxing it with a plaque to record the provenance.

Ideas are welcome.

I'd also love to hear how many other MVer's have complete collections.

Congratulations, that's a nice haul of booty.

Out of all those, I think ericalm's '09 design is my favourite.

Awesome and i'd throw them in a large shadow box. I have some Vespa matches that i have done that way. Alas i had the whole collection but have given a few away to people over the years so they could complete theirs.

I am not in the least surprised. Class. That's all there is to add.

I have all of the patches that have been released since I became a member of the forum. I also have some decals from earlier on.

Maybe you will get lucky and find them in Tuscano.

To the best of my recollection, these are all the official MV patches and swag that have ever been issued (other than the 50,000 mile patch, which I don't qualify for yet.)

I was able to buy the pirate patch from a member who wanted to sell it. I paid asking price so no piracy was involved. Arrrr....

I'm having it sewn in a prominent place on my rally vest. So here be the deal - look for an older gent wearing this patch at Amerivespa and he might likely buy ye a beer.

Ahhh..... an MV patch still to pursue.
