Will this then fix the problem with this?
The idle is only high when you "Cold start" the Engine, later when the Engine is warm/ or if you rew up the engnie ocne, the idle is ok.

It seems to be something with the auto choke or something.... What do you Think of this?

I have not tested if there Another way the fix this than rewing up the Engine.
My guess was that this had something to do with the auto choke.
But I do not know...

Any one having a idea what this could depend on?

Worth while saying is that the rews are so high that the Vespa takes off...

Basically if it only idles higher for a minute or so from cold then is fine.

I would change out the fuel line. Mine crumbled after 5yrs. Looked good but once we got it out,it was toast. Needs to be done anyway. Might help your problem. When my auto choke had to be replaced your symptoms didn't happen. Might just need to be dialed down a bit. Might be the fuel tap. Whatever you do change out the line. Good luck. LX it shouldn't rev that high. Mine revs a bit until warm but if it's revving so high that it wants to take off I'm thinking, just adjust the idle and it will be fine. Might take some fiddling but doable.

Apart from actual fuel leaks, what are the symptoms of needing a new tap and line? I ask as I think I may change mine out soon, look pretty old and my bikes 8 years old
