How can you do that to a beautiful Vespa? You've hidden all those lovely Italian lines.

the thread was about posting pics of Mod style MV...if you dont want to contribute with any pics of MOD style scoots for those that are into Mod styling scoots and only send negative posts, so be it.

This is probably not what you had in mind, Mike, but I think it is the most modded GTS in Sydney.
![]() First the cosmetic mods Wheels painted to match the scooter Bitubo front shock GTS300 horn cover, painted to match. Horn cover emblem, also painted to match. Chrome headlight rim Black mirrors Eco-leather hand grips Heavy handlebar weights GT200 saddle (smoothed a bit further) GT200 carrier rack chopped off. Akrapovic exhaust Floor mat (wish I'd never fitted it!) Brembo calipers on the front brake, with wavy disc. Then Admore lights - when I have the topbox fitted Audicator signal beeper Burglar alarm Polini variator Malossi V4 cylinder and head Malossi clutch springs Air filter mod Malossi Force Master 2 ECU . Saving for Malossi rear shocks, and would love that mono seat. Mike |

Mike Thanks for your contribution...I get your's and think its a great scoot as you are obviously into the technical side and want to keep the clean lines look,I appreciate that ..my bent is on the MOD styling...not modifications....but there is plenty of space for both and more.....Im just running the thread for the MV Mod styling out of interest as I think there are quite a few out there with just a silent voice and even less pics to promote at the moment.Im always interested in what you have to talk about as your technical know how is invaluable. cheers Mike |

Great idea Brighton. I thought about the possibility of this thread myself. My s150 doesn't really qualify but I've seen a few others on MV. To each his own I say wether it's cutdown, ratted, chopper, Modified or Mod style it's all vespa. Khal1977 just posted his scoot on a neighboring thread.

I've jokingly referred to mine as the "Texas Mod" and the "Dark Mod" but here it is. Complete with Air horns for letting everyone know where I am, And sadly, my lights all fell off the front and got stuck underneath the scoot, lol.
And before anyone gets super concerned about my safety The horns do not block my front blinkers at all. These are just high angle shots and no one in a car looks at my bike from this angle. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
