2005 px150 seat won't lock/latch on

So I can 'lock' the seat but I can still open it.

Basically it isn't latching on. How do I fix this?

If the 2 clamps are worn then the seat lock can be replaced and the lock removed. You could undo the bolts slightly that hold the front of the seat and adjust it a few mm and it may help.
