OEM Yuasa YB10L-BP finally died on my 2008 250 GTS.
Kind of a pain trying to find a replacement AGM. The Motobatt MB10U seems to be the all around work around due to the flexible terminal location. Allows rotation of the battery and get the positive to the front (has 4 terminals on each corner).
I did find others half the price ($40 +/-) ie Walmart but the terminals were reversed which would require extending the negative lead so it could reach the front from its OEM location towards the rear. Has anyone done this? Seems to may be make sense to tinker with now in order to get future lower cost batteries.
Or just stick with a wet cell at half the cost. Found one made by UPG model number 42516.
