Does anyone know where I might get a sensor for a Fuoco seat?

Have looked up the parts manual but cannot see it listed?

Thanks.

It comes as part of the seat, not separately. Bypass it if you want with a 3kΩ resistor.

seat sensor
I installed a new Shad seat 2 weeks ago and for a couple days no issues . However, i'm now having intermittent RPM shutdown on a regular basis and once in the middle of an intersection where I came close to being rear ended.
I have contacted Shad USA and explained the problem, 3 days ago and no response. I have checked and rechecked the plugin connection and that is not the problem. I understand the purpose of the SAFETY FEATURE but I believe this safety feature could get somebody hurt.
My question is this? Could I get a detailed description on installing the referenced resistor referenced in this post?
Mp3 400ie, 2009 is what I'm riding. Any help would be much appreciated!

Once the tilt lock is off, the seat sensor has no control over engine RPM, you have another problem.

The 3KΩ resistor goes across the contacts of the connector at the bike end (i.e., not the side that goes to the seat). Nothing to it. You might have to flatten the leads just a bit to make them fit in the connector.

Web tech, I see your point, I agree , but what is the problem creating the necessity to manually unlock the tilt lock on a regular basis. Prior to the Shad seat install (coincidence?) twist the throttle and the tilt lock disengaged . The stalling at low speed I agree now is unrelated?

You did not post anything about the tilt lock not unlocking or I would not have posted what I did

I agree, there has to be has to be something wrong with the seat sensor. I was referring to dble clicking the tilt lock to allow revs over 2000 when I,m on the seat. The low speed stall and subsequent inability to start and rev up and move are perhaps unrelated?
Still no comment from Shad, I'm going to give my dealer in Daytona a chance at trouble shooting. Beyond my capabilities.
Thanks everyone for the input.
