Damn.
The Primavera shipment to New Zealand "is on the water" and due in a few weeks however the first load are 50's only
The 150's will follow a month later (fingers drumming on table).

In the interim my 2003 GT200 broke down for only the second time ever. Dirty fuel. Disassembled the carb at work with the Vespa toolkit and cleaned the float and needle valve. Rode home. Sorted.

Congrats. What are you most looking forward too about your soon to be Primavera 150?

They have a few parked in front of the Vespa dealer around the corner from me. You can immediately identify them out of the row of other Vespas. I don't trust myself to stop and inquire about one.

Thanks all. I think the first shipment will be white ones only. The black ones aren't due until late July but I was leaning towards the white anyway. Same colour-ways as the 946. Nice.
Looking forward to the nimble-ness of the small-frame. I think the new 150 with all its engine advances won't be too shy of the old GT200 in terms of power to weight etc.
Leaves me time to tidy up the GT, respray the exhaust, remove stickers and get it ready to list on TradeMe (Kiwi e-Bay).

Congrat's Marty! I don't even think we are getting the 150 in Canada this year. That would have been my next purchase. I love my 150 , perfect for city riding .. so nimble , enjoy and post a few pics !

congrats on your soon to be primavera...glad for you.. just might be the longest wait of your life i special ordered my lx and it only took two weeks, which was really fast. still seemed like it took for ever. am sure when you start riding, you'll know for sure the waiting was worth it. that being said, "patience my ass!" i'd want to find someone with a boat and meet it half way Laughing emoticon
