Modern Vespa

Just thought I'd share some pics of my Grigio Dolomite 2014 PX 125 ...
I've done around 800km on it since I brought it new a month ago from MSC ...
Added a lil chrome , flyscreen , mudflaps and some decals , 1st 1000km service booked in next week so probably be adding a SIP Road 2 exhaust then ...

I like your fly screen and backrest - can you tell me what what they are called and where you bought them?

and the 4-in-1 Backrest: fold down carrier , grab handles and spare wheel holder is the Stainless Steel version not the chrome cuppini one £137.99 ...

Is that really the 2014 model? The reason i ask is because i ordered and still waiting since early mars for a PX150 (2014 model), but they only had the 2013 model in stock according to my dealer. (Sweden). The 2014 model would go on the production line in mid april again with the info he got from Piaggio.

Yours probably is the 2014 model, but i figured i'd ask anyway. I'm thinking the PX can't be produced that much, so they only start up a line at the factory ones or twice per year or however it works.

I would love a PX but I worry it will struggle to keep up with traffic, I live and work near Eastwood in notts and travel up and down the a610 a couple of times a day and my little et4 gets blown all over the road, your PX looks great, did u get a good deal at msc? They seem a bit snooty when I have been in there

me t5 would break the speed limit on the a610

I too was surprised with it as it's quicker than my last workhorse ybr125 ... While running in just touching the throttle it was decent at 50mph and now it overtakes trucks (slowly) but no problem ...
Great deal at MSC too , looked after me and sorted me a decent part-ex on my ybr and have given me discount on parts I've brought so far .. good bunch of lads ...

Trucks normally have a limiter at 50mph do if your passing the trucks your doing ok
