Just to say that I have replaced pads on all sorts of cars and bikes over the years. Did my Fuoco's yesterday and have never ever done an easier pad change. Kudos to Gilera.......

Just hope rear is as easy, but does not look so...............

Rears should not need replacing. I have 50,000 miles with the original rear pads.

That very much depends on one's riding habits, and the sort of roads one rides on. I use the rear brake a lot, e.g. final <10mph slowing down, and helping the bike stay planted when taking tight curves 'on the envelope'. The rear pads get replaced about every two front pad replacements.

My pads were still meaty after 18,000, but the handle was going all the way down. I just replaced mine just in case.
