I am rebuilding a 1978 small frame Vespa. I have the engine built and frame and wheels put together. I am working on putting electical wiring clutch and brake cable. I need some help. Such as bolt size, thread pitch, exhaust system, and braking system. Any advice would be appreciated.

I am sorry I cannot come up with suggestions other than "keep posting, because it looks already sweet! "

I can't help you on bolt size or thread pitch but can help on your other questions.

What specifically do you need help with on the wiring, cables, exhaust and brakes?

Narrow it down and I'll do my best

You will need a small frame parts book that covers your model then work out what you need then go to somewhere like Mauro Pascoli or here;

http://www.vesparicambisud.com/shop/index.php?route=product/category&path=4_50&manufacturer_id=12&man=0#content

If you need a parts book let me know as I have them for most small frame models.
