so this weekend my right turn signal went out seems the bulb in the back is dead. Looking on line for replacements I saw the LED kits from scooter west for rear and front and decided to go with them, the rear is just LED plug and play basically, the front is running lights and turn signals and a bit more to install but nothing that seems to be a big deal. So has anybody done these? They seem to be quite cool and not too expensive. BTW I have a vespa 3000 super

i did. fairly easy install. very nice upgrade. the running lights are nice and improves visibility. every now and then there is a delay in turning back to white from yellow after using turn signal. not common but some folks report it as an issue.

thanks I believe they fixed the delay as this is a second generation device. I will let you all know how it works when I get it and install it. Thanks

I have the 1st generation of the front running light kit. I've only ever had the delay issue when it is cold out for whatever reason. I may get the second gen kit just to completely eliminate the issue, and to have first hand experience with it.

I absolutely love the running lights though, helps my visibility at night and most people think they're very cool.

Yep, me too
I put as many LEDs in as I could: brake light, rear signals, front running light/signals. The running lights are very nice, and do seem like they would really add to your visibility. Assuming the cager is looking.

I used to have the delay after turning, but I don't now. I like when machines fix themselves. It says that my lights were made by "Skynet".

So i purchased the front and back LED lights for my Vespa and installed them tonight, they look great. But I had one mishap I dropped one of the incandescent bulbs down the right leg shield and it disappeared. I assume this is not an issue, I have not been able to find it, so I am asking those in the know....Is this an issue? Do I need to find and remove it? And if so any suggestions as to how to do it?

thanks for any info

It will throw off the balance of the scoot. Joke. I did the same thing. Nothing to worry about.
