It will need new tires soon....maybe a belt.....Does it run? It will need a carb cleaning, and some new hoses.....and clean the gas tank....
If that is not all done....probably around $800....

thanks for replying...this vespa is being sold through consignment at a dealer...the dealer said he wanted to try and get $2600 for it...which I think is way overpriced...he said his mechanic is checking it out and like you said the mechanic said the carb needs to be cleaned out...and yes it does run
