Hey all,

I been riding my Tangerine dreams for a few years now but I just been offered this LML 200 Star based of the Green Absinthe Fairy. She's been pretty heavily worked as you can see on this link

What do you guys think, a worthy foray into a manual bike even if it's not a genuine Vespa?

I had thought to get something bigger along side my GTS250, but we don't have many big scoots here in NZ, we just got the Yourban 300 which is pretty darn expensive compared to an MP3 250 which in turn is slower than my GTS250, there is a few Burghmans around but they're too chunky for hooning around through traffic here in Auckland.
Also with the LML I can still go on the club rides, but I wouldn't use it a lot more than that realistically because its a single seater :S

Basically I'm posting because I don't know what I wanna do, so why not ask other people

Two very different animals. Your choice. If I had the $ I would keep the GTS and buy the LML. My 0.02.

That is a badass LML. The big knock on LML is the fit/finish. The way that one has been gone over, I highly doubt it would be a problem. Dammit now I want it........

They are, I think I'd have more fun with the LML and GTS as the GTS is still such a great ride around town. And the LML would just be for fun little jaunts around.

I know the guy who did the fit and finish personally and he did my GTS after it had a prang too, it is and would have been his personal bike if he hadn't decided to move to Oz

A pic of your GTS would be nice. I love that color.

As you know the LML is not for long rides. If you switched out you would miss that no matter how much you loved the LML. Hit your savings account up and have both. Much, much worse things have been bought with money.

Ask and you shall receive, it's an old pick and a new pic,

I don't think the LML would be too fun on really extended rides, more of go for a fun ride I think And I bet there are

The 4 stroke 200cc LML scoots are a blast to ride with the manual transmission, I imagine with the work done it must be quick.

I say go for it, it's certainly one of a kind.

I would go for both too. I was so close to buying an LML as a new one is the best part of £1000 cheaper than a PX and let's be honest, apart from a badge they are the same animal.
