I own a Vespa LX 125ie, and I would want to know if it possible to install the original Piaggio 150cc cylinder kit, if it is plug&play.
Sorry for my poor level of english.
Thanks in advance!.

25cc isn't much of a bump, if its a 2valve go with the malossi 190cc kit.

As above - install the Malossi 190 kit. Top it off with some Dr Pulley sliders and you're golden.

The 150cc top end should be plug and play, and if you get the Malossi, make sure you get the kit for the IE bike, otherwise the bike won't run right.

Why not do it properly and use:
https://www.scooter-center.com/en/1844113/cylinder-piaggio-200-cc-piaggio-ac-leader (I like to play with this one as it has slightly lower compression, but may run well with the injection set up as standard) or https://www.scooter-center.com/en/p1400215ie/cylinder-polini-198-cc-piaggio-ac-leader-ie-euro-3-injection-engine-incl.-polini-ecu-vespa-lx-125/150ie-euro-3-lxv-125ie-euro-3 (you can buy it without the ECU override) as an alternative to the Malossi https://www.scooter-center.com/en/m3111393/cylinder-malossi-190-cc-piaggio-ac-leader-carburetor-engine-vespa-et4-125/150-4t-lx-125/150-4t-s-125-4t-euro-3-m444m-s-150-4t-euro-3-piaggio-fly-125-4t-euro-2-3-m422m-fly-150-4t-euro-2-3-m422m-liberty-125-4t-euro-3-m389m-liberty The 2 valve head is restrictive, you could just use the 125cc as is, put a less restrictive air filter in (mod the air box for flow), put an iridium spark plug in and as the o2 sensor is the 4 wire unit, use a fatduc unit to get it running a little better. |

The Malossi 190 kit has been the gold standard for upgrades to the 125/150 and has years of successful use. It's what I purchased for my LX150
