I contacted the seller through Facebook. His reply was $830 USD for a set. Not too bad for one off custom wheels.

Upgrading my wheels from 12 to 13
I want to get your feedback if this is really an upgrade that will benefit me?

I was looking at Maru and I have a feeling its going to be at least close to 1 thousand dollars by the time I spend cash on shipping and new set of tires.

If you own 13 inch wheels on your modern vespa 300 can I get your input before pulling the trigger?
