I went to my First Rally This weekend and had a BLAST! It was also the first San Antonio rally. Not a huge turnout, but none the less a great time was had. The Pres of Vespa Club of America came down from Oklahoma.

and is kind of possible cause if you look at the picture there's a bracket at each end and that i believe can be mounted with the one bolt that are on each side under the floormatt,or maybe under the frame with a modified bar?
