I'm up for an early start Saturday morning to cram in as much as I can for a day visit. Selfishly the route could be a little better for me if it went further north through Peterborough and picked up Rad and Adam somewhere on that long straight south of Boston? There's a McDs in Boston at PE21 8XZ. Graham might join me and that route would be closer to Stamford if Richard is in. Think Wobbly is in too, and Tony Green might join us.

I can do Boston in about an hour and a half. Boston to Skeggy a further 40 mins or so as a group ride. So we could still have a couple of meet points to suit folk if needed. Malc told me I'd ride close to his house on the way so might drop in or scoop him up as a pillion if he's not back riding. So should be enough options to tie things together nearer the time.

Saturday visit? Sounds good to me. I'll fit in with the route. If you want to come across close to Peterborough Paul we can intercept the rest at a prearranged point.

The Suncastle venue has a bar and will have the evening do on. The Ship is just up the road from there but I've never been in it.

All advance tickets now sold but you can pay on the gate - £6 I think but not sure if the goody bag is in it.

No goody bag just the leg shield cog mate.

Waspman is out and Tony Green is doing Ride to the Wall ( must do that, too many clashes). VCB Timetable for the Saturday, if you can call it that, is pretty relaxed, mostly social, option of a ride out in the afternoon led by Skeggie VC if we like. VCB shop will be there like Northampton, and a couple of dealers I expect.
