Re: Used MP3/500 Sport, Already????
I always find it strange seeing relatively new or low miles scoots being resold. Did it not meet the original buyers expectations? Did they decide not to ride it? Didn't meet their lifestyle needs? Wish I knew the story...

I always thought the bike sits to high for most people.
Probably someone who bought it, and after a few rides, and some close calls to dropping, they decided to sell it.

It would be fun to fly up and buy it and ride it home.
I am so tempted to make an offer, but my Garage is full already.
But it would nice to have one of each color.

I think a "Deal Awaits" for someone who wants one... This is it !

From what I've seen, the #1 reason for new MP3 resales is that owners thought the thing couldn't tip over and then found out the hard way that it can.

I'm hearing the same. Everyone thinks it's a trike. My 400 was traded in with 120 miles a month after an old guy bought it. (dealer told me he was an old guy, don't know his age. I'm a youngster at 61 myself!)
There were like 3 small scratches on the right rear and the reflector was missing. Just a guess, but I bet he dismounted the scooter in his garage and it just kept falling to the left and he was done with it after that.

I contacted the owner and he says he is selling due to Health Reasons.
Unfortunate; and wished him the Best.

I kinda know how he feels, I often chat with riders in the North Georgia Mountains who love riding bikes, and they walk up to me and inquire about the MP3 as a replacement to their bikes. The ones that have switched have purchased "Can-am Spyders" and dealing with Health Problems.
They just love to Ride; Good for Them !

I met an 80 year old Rider in Suches, GA getting gas a few months ago, and he had a brand new BMW that he dropped at the Gas Pumps that we helped him pick up. He was very disgusted, and just does not want to hang it up.
