Winter is upon us and once again my fingers are feeling like they are going to fall off during my morning commute.
Any one have any suggestions for any good wind & water proof warm gloves?

You might consider a windscreen.
I live in Santa Cruz. Same weather. I have a full sized windscreen cut down just for my height (several threads over the years talk about how to do this and easily found with the search function). It keeps the wind off the body as well as the hands. I use the same gloves all year without a problem. Best Miguel |

Bought a windscreen last year. Super happy with it stopping the wind from buffeting my chest. Unfortunately, it doesn't cover my hands.
We're lucky we can pretty much ride all year. |

I double up...a pair of thin Oxford Thermolites underneath and Alpinestars Spartan gloves over the top. The Oxfords are warm and comfortable, the Alpinestars are waterproof and provide the fall protection.
Also an advantage is that I can take the Alpinestars off for better dexterity when fiddling with locks, fuel caps, etc. While keeping the Oxfords on for warmth. |

I've been wearing these for the last 3 years and really like them. I ride all winter in NY so also use heated grips and bar mitts.

On my Guzzi, I always had an electric vest and gloves. I use an electric vest on the Vespa, but switched to a pair of Armadillo Vulcan gloves. I was stuck in a heavy snowstorm outside Breckenridge CO, and the Vulcan gloves kept my fingers and hands warm and dry. The Spada Eighty2 Claw would also be a great choice.

Buy some heated grips...I have Oxford Lights on my Scarabeo 200, and a Givi full size Windscreen that covers the hands and head.....
I bought a pair of Refrig gloves last year, on sale for $15, and my hands keep toasty here in Michigan with 30 degree temps.... |

I have a pair of winter gauntlet gloves from Corazzo. Before I found them I was wearing a similar style generic winter glove. I use them for short commutes well below freezing.
Holy cow....just went for a link for you and they're listed for $20! https://www.corazzo.net/product/gauntlet-gloves/ Edit: Never mind. Seems like the only size available is XS. Wonder if they'll be back next season... |

Re: Gloves
I went through this a few years ago. As it turned out, after trying Corazzo, Tourmaster, Dainese, Churchill, and some mid-pack brands, the best gloves I found were at the Harley-Davidson dealer. The top H-D winter gloves proved to be great: warmest, dry, and not bulky. Big surprise to me, but there you are.

Another favorite is the Rukka "R-Star" model, which is a fancier glove than the H-D product and features pretty good protection. |

You might want to check Rukka snowmobile gloves. Rukka makes both motorcycle and snowmobile clothing, they are pretty good at keeping you warm and dry. Not the cheapest though.
