And since I was once of the "late shippers" last year. I HAVE gotten all the things I am giving, and sending it in the next day or two.

Done, finished, completed. Browsed, purchased, packed and sent. Now it only has to reach its destination and be enjoyed.

Christmas is the one time of year I eat dessert so this is perfect timing. I'm going to share with a few friends...I think. There's a little voice in my head daring me to eat the whole thing myself but this sucker is HEAVY.

Holy Moley! I cleaned UP! T-shirts, patches, stickers, The bandana is specially cool! I love it! Plus there's shirts that fit me and fit the BF as well!

Almost forgot...I shipped out my gift yesterday. My recipient may think it's just a box full of bubble wrap but I promise, there are a couple goodies at the center of all those plastic bubbles!

At first the post office girl said the address wasn't in her system but then she did a "reverse lookup" and found it. Not sure what that means but it should be there in 3 days.

I didn't really do anything scooter-related, it's more New England related. Since my recipient lives quite far away, I thought it would be good to bring some New England-ness to their tropical location.

I finally got my package into the mail last Friday and was pleased to get an SMS today telling me that it was being released from customs in the destination country already.

The recipient will notice the three - count em - THREE times I had to cut the package open and re-tape it to put in various things I forgot (most importantly the note).

Question -
We're not supposed to tell our recipients they have a package coming are we? I have a tracking number but I'm wondering if it might be a good idea to give the person a heads-up to be expecting something? Sorry, this is my first year doing this.

I sent a "heads up" a day in advance by PMing them the tracking info.

Posted mine on Tuesday off to the southern parts of USofA. Not scooter related but a nice bit of entertainment nevertheless. Hope it'll be liked!
