I'm so sorry to bother you guys..........

Been trying to get the scoot ready for this Sunday, go out for ride or remembrance and great for fifteen mins(a few miles) or so through all gears but once warmed up it decides to bog at throttle. carb has been rebuilt, cleaned, rebuilt, cleaned... the plug don't look bad (photo)... listen to the Vid...any ideas...thinking it could be condenser...any help ideas would be greatly appreciated......

"Lecky Nish" or points on that scoot?
you mentioned its possibly the condenser so I assume you don't have electronic ignition (lecky Nish)..so It smacks of incorrect points gap.....which is why its not reving out. Bad condenser normally manifests as hard starting and/or back fires.

Points and condensor go together like bread and butter and best replaced at the same time.

That's said....adjust your points to any where between 0.3 to 0.5 mm
If the surfaces looked pitted or are not parallel then replace them
I still prefer to unhook all wires at the junction box and pull the entire stator out on to the bench
when replacing
Check the plug gap too (0.25mm)

Imuch prefer points systems
as I do lots of long haul rides and gravel/off road missions ..and at least you can physically fix the system any where on the planet..when the lecky nish goes all you can do is replace the pickup (if you had one) and even that needs a soldering iron ...or stare at a scoot that wont start scoot

8 inch..points..and no intention of changing

Sounds exactly like what my brand new PX150 is doing. Still under investigation Especially when it warms up, cold is fine!
