Well I have been reading all I can and I think I'm SOL! Tilt lock Not working, instrument panel dead and rev limiter will not allow me to drive. I don't wast to throw lots of money to the dealer to try to fix it so I'm thinking...

1 first buy a motorcycle scan gauge on eBay for around $60 to find out if I can try a reset. (I tried everything in the service manual and everything checks ok).

2. Go all out and try to bypass the tilt lock to get the engine to operate so I can use the bike, maybe try to rig a manual lock of some sort to move the bike more easily. I haven't found anything on line to accomplish this .

Any feedback is greatly appreciated

Geeze...
The only thing I can think of is sell it to someone who wants fix it.
Not sure it would be safe to ride with all those problems by hacking it.
Sometimes what seems to be a very bad situation may not be as bad as you think.

Easy to disable the tiltlock, but you should be able to get the engine started with it still in place you just can't rev it past 2k rpm.

If you get the engine sorted and really want to hack. What about converting the tilt lock to manual operation either hydraulic or with cable operation via a hand or foot lever, perhaps with some kind of ratchet to hold it on, like a golf cart parking brake.

Up and running! Lesson learned...KISS!
Well after reading all I can about the tilt lock and trying to decipher the wiring diagram I proceeded to dismantle the bike to try to locate the control unit. In the process I found the second fuse box on the right-hand side foot well and lo and behold I had a blown fuse that's it problem solved. I know how to fuse blew, I disconnected the wire going to the pressure sensor I know the pressure sensor is bad but I didn't secure the wires they got cut in shorted out. Lesson learned don't try to reengineer the entire bike look for their most obvious and simple solution!

Great, glad you got it sorted.

The different locations of Al the fuses is confusing.
