Dellorto 30mm carb (roundslide), velocity stack, Malossi intake manifold BGM BigBox BGM SuperStrong clutch P200 EFL transmission, short 4th gear, 23/65 primary LML disc brake fork BGM 80w stator w/electronic ignition, timing at 18* BTDC BGM Pro shock set Clauss Studio bushings SIP tubeless rims Michelin S1 tires I built this bike to be a reliable daily rider that is comfortable but something powerful enough I can also take an occasional road trip with (camping rally, out of state rally, etc.) It has lots of power. Jetting isn't 100% dialed in yet - I'm still a tad lean in mid throttle. |

1974 Rally with a 1977 p200 engine.
Pinasco kit, pinasco lightened flywheel, si 24/24 carb Timing at 18 BTDC Standard gearing ( my t5 4th shat itself ) Cosa clutch Sip road 2 Touring set up really but needs some tweaks still. Ran the Mille last week with only minor niggles, but need to sort out a few things. carb seems ok but I think is slightly lean and no matter what main I add it makes no difference. Would like to gain a wee bit more top end and maybe grabbing another better t5 4th again. That gap just kills me on inclines. Has been a reliable set up overall though. |
