I find the little stick-ons sufficient.

I have seen one that mounts right in front of you on your Windshield, and it provides 180 Degree Vision. Not sure who sells them, but I always thought this was interesting to have.

Convex mirrors can make you lazy about turning your head. Nothing better then a good head turn to sees what's in your blind spots.

I bought one of these and found it to be less than useless. All it does it let you see (very small) what is right next to you on either side. I found it to be more of a distraction than a help.

Not lazy at all. If I see something with a quick glance in my convex mirror I know not to make a lane change. If I don't see anything, then I do a "shoulder check" (head turn). This enables me to keep my eyes on the road ahead more.

It's called a riderscan. You can order online. I had one but also found it distracting and removed it in the end and reverted back to the good old shoulder glance
