Just moved from the Peoples Republic Of Maryland to Georgetown Texas. Is there much scooter activity down here or in Austin? Looking for a good dealership or service place and scooter folk to ride with.
My son went to Southwestern University in Georgetown. Some great back roads in the hill country around Austin.
Try to make it down to New Braunfels area south of Austin, visit the historic town of Gruene (pronounced Green) and Gruene Hall, oldest dance hall in Texas.
Austin is the live music capital of the US. Go to 6th street any night of the week and plenty of bands will be playing.
Austin has a Vespa dealer, but being relatively new to scootering, don't know anything about them.

Austin has a couple of scooter clubs and as mentioned has AF1Racing which is one of the best scooter shops in the country. Next door to the Hill Country which has some of the best riding in the state.
