Help - engine just cut out

G'day,
I own a new Vespa gts300. I just had the 1000k service done yesterday with no issues reported by the mechanic. I started the bike and was riding for about 45 seconds when the engine just cut out. I restarted the scoot and had no further issue.

When it comes to mechanical issues I am pretty much useless, any help or advice anyone could provide would be great

Yup loose stuff, battery connections might be loose? All grounds should be clean and tight.

Same thing happened to me! Took my bike in for the first service yesterday and today started it and 45 seconds later it cut off but it started it again and rode it with no issues... Not sure why...
