Hi guys,
With winter approaching really quickly,
I checked my thermoscud and guess what ....... Yes I've got a air leak,
I've ordered a replacement bladder but can't seem how to remove the old one and fit the new one,
It's a R154 for the GTS any ideas and help will be appreciated.
Thanks

The inflated bladder slots into either side of the thermoscud. There's a flap you need to open near where you would inflate it. Pull the current bladder out. Inflate it full of air and find where the hole is. Then get your bicycle tyre repair kit and put one of the little patches over the hole (best to deflate before doing this though). Wait an hour or so for the patch to dry. Then reinflate and put back in the thermoscud. It's a very easy fix!

Thanks for the info, I found the little slot which has Velcro to keep it closed, this was located on the inside of the cover roughly halfway down the length of the bladder, even though I've ordered a new bladder from urban rider I think I will repair the old one as you have described (with a puncture outfit) and keep the new as a spare.
Again thanks

I had an air leak with mine on my LX125ie and used the method below to fix it. Really simple to do and lot more fun riding without the damn thing slapping against your leg Razz emoticon
