Little project over the winter... race kit, race shocks,PLC mounts,Polini 19/19 Carb,Sip Banana exhaust and possibly 12v conversion

Beautiful! I've just taken my 1969 50L off he road for winter repairs...it's already got a 110cc kit fitted but might take this opportunity to look at race shocks...

Cheers Matt,Liking yours as well .... I'm only putting the DR 85cc kit on as I don't want to split the casings as yet, so putting a 16 tooth primary cog on it. With regards the shocks I fancy the Sip gas filled but at £200+ for both, Sip have recommended these:

Also Matt, the PLC mounts are recommended as well if you're changing the shocks.

Have you kept the 3 speed transmission with the upgrade to 85cc or gone to a 4 speed set up?

Its the 50s Matt, came with 4 gears

Nice bike. Bar end signal lights would look cool and the girls will think it's "adorable!". Lady bait. I wonder what speeds you'll have with a 85cc big bore kit?
