Now there is an idea whose time has not come. The only thing that could be worse is if it had arm rests.

Never seen a king and queen for a modern Vespa. I think you'd need to go the custom route if you really want one.
Check out SubEtherBass' bright K&Q: Ode to Speedy - damn these expensive shopping trolleys! (Page 5) |

JC Whitney offered dyi kits for a lot of different motorcycle models. I'm not sure who made them, but the odds are that something exists that could be put on the GTS seatpan with relatively little modification.
Russell Daylong can make you one, and it will probably be the most comfortable seat you ever rode on, but it's not going to be cheap. http://www.day-long.com One thing worth considering is that if the queen part goes back too far, you aren't going to be able to open the seat if there's a topbox. |

I have a king and queen seat on my 1978 p200 it's one of the most comfortable seats for long riding I have had. I started with the stock p200 seat with the springs underneath, could only ride for 1/2 hour At a time. Bought a Stella seat with a plastic frame much better than the standard p200 seat. After riding a 200 mile ride one day when and bought the king and queen seat. It does sit about 3/4" higher than stock but really offers the best tail cushion for long distance riding especially. Wife likes it the best of all the seats that have been on the P.
Don't know of one that would fit a modern off the shelf, try pirate upholstery or a local auto/motorcycle upholstery shop. |
