Hi folks -

I'm getting ready to restore this Vespa GTS frame and got it stripped down save for a few odds and ends. I'm having some difficulty with the following and would appreciate your advice.

1) I can't seem to remove the ignition lock

2) The swing arm on the bottom is held by 3 bolts on the left side. One of them is seated inside of a hole and I can't get the damn thing loose. I'm quite sure it's meant to come out. Any advice? Impact gun? Breaker bar?

3) I'll be painting the various plastic pieces and want to remove the headlight lens from the front cover. In schematics it shows that the lens is a separate part number but I see no way to remove it.

4) Finally, I intend to have this sandblasted and dents removed prior to painting. Which of these 2 should be done first?

P.S. I've been taking extensive photos and writing a log about the entire disassembly of this model. Once all is said and done I will upload to the site for all to use as a reference.
