So I haven't seen any topics that clearly explain how to do this so I was hoping folks could walk me through the steps.

I am getting my 150 Super frame back from paint in the next week or so which will start the fun process of putting everything back together. I know I want to go batteryless but something on my mind is whether I should spend the effort in upping the volts from 6 to 12. So I guess my question first is whether it is beneficial to go from 6 to 12? It is basically for a brighter headlight, right?

Also, what exactly do I need to do this?
What I currently have-
-I believe I have a stator that supports electric but not sure what voltage.
-I have a new wiring harness but not sure if it supports batteryless let alone 12v.
-With 12v, I am seeing that I would need switches and other to support 12. This would be the rear brake, Kill switch assembly, Horn, regulator?, headlight assembly... what else.

Thanks

YES DO IT! Brighter lights, better starting, better running, smoother and reliability.
Smart move!

dont try and go cheap with the jalopy ass Bajaj version. Might as well try to fight a M1 Abrams tank with a BB gun.

So I have attached a picture of the electric stator that I have. If anyone knows what volts it takes by looking at it... It is a Ducati and will definitely need to be re-wired.

Looks like a p200 stator. The horn should still work with modification to the switch. You can modify the foot break switch to work. The only unique part that I can think of would be the flywheel. It'll need to fit the crank for VBC, but be built for electronic ignition like a p125.
