Our website is in the process of dying completely and is not repairable. It's working for lots of people but not working for others. We have a brand new website in the works that will be industry changing. Unfortunately with 10,000 items to prep for the new site, it's going to take us a bit. We're hoping for a launch in Spring 2016. The wait should help us do the website correctly and the way we want to. In the meantime, we are happy to help you place an order in any way we can. A couple of options include: 1. Call us at 619-280-1718 x602. We're here Mon-Fri from 10am-6pm Pacific standard Time and would be happy to take your order over the phone. 2. Email us your parts list and the make and model of scooter you have. We will prepare an estimate for your approval and email it to you. 3. Take a screen shot of your shopping cart (If possible) and email that to us. We apologize for any time you've spent with our often frustrating website, but we want to help.

I love Scooter West! My first and last stop when I need anything for my GTV 300. If I have a question about anything I call them and they will take the time to answer ALL of my questions. The site does suck at times but I usually call my orders in. One more compliment, their prices beat everyone even after taxes and delivery charges. I see some cool stuff at SIP but they are more expensive even before you add the VAT and delivery. I guess that makes Scooter West the best place to buy Vespa accessories in the world!!!

I enjoy the videos they produce in the shop as well as their trip videos. Good bunch of people I wish I could visit with sometime.

Wish we had a shop as enthusiastic as scooter west here in the UK, no one in the UK seems committed to the product and provides the support like you guys do.
Keep doing what you're doing! Who knows, you may go international one day and set up shop here |
