Thanks for the great photos. I due remember how dirty the scooters were in
Rome. After all, they actually drive them daily . Further, having lived in Italia,
I remember the mud rain. Actually soil carried aloft from North Africa that
comes down in the rain over Italia.
From what I understand, the same soil carried aloft comes down in the rain forests
of Brazil making the area very fertile. I picked this little factoid on a television
special that indicated the rain forest was suffering because of changed wind
currents not depositing the regular amount of North African soil/sand over Brazil.
Sure as Sh-- Sherlock, we have solved another case. Dirty scoots in Rome.
