Aw, GeoEnvi, you're too quick! I was there today and got the photo of the bridge at the park, too. I don't know where yours tag photo is - Little Italy, maybe India Street? I guess I need to do more cruising around downtown.

I only know one Italian restaurant in San Diego, and it is that one! I thought of it when I first saw the picture, but I wasn't sure (and certainly not close enough to ride over and check).

I took this one last week, and it's kinda close to my last one, however, I don't want to keep you guys waiting till tomorrow for a new one. Plus it's a nice place to go. So here you go!

Bah! I take that back. I can't figure out where this was taken. That looks like the Mission Valley area, over looking the I-8, and I think I see an off ramp from the freeway going to maybe the 163 or the 805 South. Looking south of that on the map I don't see a Presidents Ave though.

I could be wrong, but I suspect that Rex pulled a "bullshot" on his pic; editing the original to include the 'END' sign.

I waited and waited, but no one else took the bait. So, I snapped this one up on my way home from the "Bronx".

It might have been easier for us to tell if the spot was the same if you had taken the pic during the day. But it looks close.

Take a pic of something that is a recognizable landmark. It's not fun if its not famous or infamous.

I knew I was going to catch hell for the crappy photo. My Sony Ericsson mobile phone is nice, but even camphones have their limits. Trust me, it's the same spot.

As for your other statement, I don't agree with you that it's not fun unless there's a landmark. That's like saying flashlight tag was only fun if you were caught hiding behind the neighbor's Porsche instead of in his tool shed...

I don't think photo quality is an issue. (My digital camera is a million years old and the resolution is poor, but it's good enough to get the idea across.)
If Rex is ok with the location of GeoEnvi's post, let's move on to the next location, ok?

That's the one! I'm cool with that. Geo, you would have gotten the "END" sign had you backed up your GT a few feet. It is there. And that is the correct location. Good job!
