Modern Vespa

Searched, but didn't see a thread on this.

Removal seems straightforward. Insert allan wrench and turn counter-clockwise. Anything I'm missing? Applying as much pressure as I can and the screws won't budge. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Use a hand-held hammer-driven impact driver to start off those screws. Ensure the hex drive fits tightly and all the way in...

Basically some eejit did them up far too tight in the first place, and with no anti-seize.

I think It's a 5mm head. One of mine came right out. The other stripped the head. I didn't want to go get an easy out, so I drilled a couple of shallow 1/8" pilot holes and used a hammer and punch to remove the bolt.
