Purchased this on eBay and noticed that the underside is a bit different as that it doesn't have the tool kit location and some strap thing? What can you tell me about it??

Tool kit that comes with it is useless IMHO. You can do your own. What does the seat look like that's on the bike now? Sounds like your saying that you don't think the Ebay one is stock but it is.
