Hi there looking for some advice. My wife bought a brand new Primavera last year. Due to various reasons it hasn't been on the road very much. I've taken it out for her a few times but it's only done 98 miles. She's decided to get out on it again so I took the battery out and charged it. I've put it back in but now when I turn the key in the ignition everything looks OK the headset display is all fine but when I pull in the brake and push the start button everything goes blank then comes back on a few seconds later. If I try the start button again the display says on but it doesn't start. Not even a peep out of it. I've checked the fuses and they all look OK. All the other electrics seem to be working apart form the headlight which isn't coming on but think the engine needs to be running for that if its the same as my GTS. Anyone any ideas

If the battery remained less than half charged for any length of time it'll be toast.

Replace the battery - and if the bike is left un-ridden for more than a week or two at a time, put it on a battery maintainer (not a 'trickle charger').
