Hi, I have an issue with a scooter and the serial number.
I have registration stuff for it but the serial number is very blurry because of rust. I tried to gently use sand paper but still, it's like they're not stamped deep enough.
what would you suggest so I can get it to pass inspection? it needs to be easy to read...
