Modern Vespa

Hi all -- so took the headset off my PX yesterday, and found that one of the metal sleeves into which one of the four bolts holding down the headsets had come out with the bolt. The plastic housing for the sleeve had cracked, and rotation of the sleeve chewed up all that brittle plastic around it.

I'd dearly love to not have to replace the whole headset. Is there any specific kind of glue or epoxy out there that I could use to re-seat the sleeve, something that would hold and be flexible enough to not crack from the vibrations?

i use the 2 part resin for fiberglassing .... dries hard as nails

Fibreglass resin works well.

If there is a surfboard shop in Belgrade, try find surfboard repair kit.

I used Araldite epoxy and it's held tight for years.

That happened to me several years ago and I just superglued it back in.

Been holding since.

It's been holding my headlight glass in for years
