[NSR] Help me ID this Mystery Bulb for ceiling fan

I'm having some trouble identifying this bulb. It's a small halogen that came with a ceiling fan light kit. This bulb measures with the base nearly 2" tall, 3/4" wide and 1/4" thick. There are no markings on this bulb; they came with the fan and light kit.

Have you tried to pull the bulb out of what looks like a ceramic adapter?

If that won't work check out this link:

Or give them a call or send an email with your pictures, might be set to call first. Don't be too scared off by the case quantities shown they probably sell them in smaller quantities.

I have dealt with them once recently for some special Florescent bulbs and their price was very good well under any local source and none of the case I ordered was broke in shipment.

Took the words out of my mouth. However, the ceramic base seems to extend the bulb a bit.

Thanks everyone - Cermic base G9. Two local Lowes locations and one Home Depot did not have them, but at least I know what I'm looking for now.
