I don't know the exact size of each cable length but the inner cable diameters posted seem right.

I replaced all my cables minus the speedo with the teflon lined cable set from Motorsports. Good quality and smooth action.

At their shop they have all the various lengths for each scooter model on the backwall and the outers are hand cut to size.

Give them a shout, they maybe able to take measurements for you.

Are you doing custom cable set?

On my bicycles, I use Jagwires (great cables) and may give them a try on the scoot next time 'round.

I actually bought this SF cable kit from Motorsports but my experience has been that cables lengths in kits are not usually that accurate. I'll call them and ask.

I measured a few of my cables and got this....

Gear cable outers: 61 1/2"
Throttle cable outer: 53 1/2"
Clutch cable outer: 61"

I can just see how they fall when I get the engine back in.

Thanks. I'm going see how they line up once the engine is in. The orientation of the gear cables is very helpful!
