So today I'm reassembling my P motor after replacing the kickstart gear to accommodate the folding lever I'm making. I came up w/ a simple idea I'll try: instead of the usual double nutting to remove/install cylinder studs, I'm gonna try carefully grinding 2 small flats at the top end 6mm across so I can spin them in & out w/ an end wrench.

the latest news is i have the interview but got no job so i will be selling parts while my wife will selling cloth for her workplace in this weekend vespa party, i bet u all cant wait to see the pics, will post it in monday for sure until then good luck with the P motor and cheer Brother T
as for everyone else its good to see they have been bussying with their vespa, its a good hobby right
